Folk Dance Club Kaleidoscope rules

1. Students must wear clothing suitable for movement. Street clothes and jeans are not permitted in class.
2. Students must treat classmates, teachers, and guests with respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, and violence are prohibited.
3. Parents may attend class only with teacher permission. When the director requires a parent to be present, attendance is mandatory for the child to participate.
4. Students and families are responsible for costume care and may be charged for negligent damage. Costumes may not be altered without approval.
5. Families must promptly update personal, emergency, and medical information.
6. Group chats are for dance-school matters. Messages, photos, and videos should not be posted after 10:00 PM. Harassment or unrelated disputes are not permitted.
7. The selected membership and payment amount are confirmed when registration is submitted. After submission, only Kaleidoscope administration may change those payment details.
8. The director may pause performance participation when behavior or safety concerns affect the dancer or others.
9. Concerns and disputes should be brought privately to the director or dance teacher for resolution.
